Message from the founder of CREONS.CD

I am Joel Phanzu, a Congolese entrepreneur passionate about innovation and convinced of the power of crowdfunding as a driver of economic and social development. For several years, I have observed how many talents and brilliant ideas in the Democratic Republic of Congo struggle to see the light of day, due to lack of access to financing. It is to offer a local and adapted response to this reality that I created CRÉONS.CD, a Congolese crowdfunding platform designed for our ecosystem. On CRÉONS.CD, project holders can receive contributions through local payment methods — Mobile Money, VISA and Mastercard — and in several currencies (CDF, USD, FCFA, EURO) thanks to an automatic converter that adapts payments to the project currency. We focus our action on high-impact sectors: ● technological and innovative projects, ● agribusiness, ● cultural and creative industries (CCI), ● social projects and participatory real estate. My ambition is simple: to bring an additional portion of hope to Congolese entrepreneurs and build, through CRÉONS.CD, an inclusive, credible and sustainable financing ecosystem for the DRC and Africa. But I did not build this project alone. Because it is in collective effort that the taste of success is truly felt. Behind CRÉONS.CD, there is an exceptional co-founding team:
